PSSSSST....The Pretty Farmer's secret recipe

BLOODY MARY PICKLE BITES

Want to know how we make our Bloody Mary Pickles? Well, here they are folks!

1 - 32oz Bottle of Queen Bee of Scots Honey or Mean Mary Bloody Mary Mix

1 LB Pickling Cucumbers

4 Cups White Distilled Vinegar

2 Tbsp Minced Garlic

2 Tsp Kosher Salt

4-6 Tbsp Pickling Spices

4-6 Mason jars with lids

Canning supplies are recommenced. Mason jars, lids with gummed closures, and jar tongs.

To prep jars, Boil lids and jars in hot water to sterilize. Drain and allow to dry.

Fill a large pot full of water. Add enough water that will cover the tops of each jar to properly can, approximately 1 inch over the tops.

In a separate pot, add all liquid ingredients. Bring to a boil and set aside. Cut up cucumbers in bite size pieces or cubes.

Once jars are dry, add 1 Tbsp of pickling spices to each mason jar. Add cubed cucumbers to jars. Once filled to the fill mark, pour in Bloody Mary pickling liquid.

To prep jars before they go in hot bath, wipe rims of each jar. Wipe the lids dry and place on top of jars. Twist shut, tight.

Once water in large pot is boiling, add jars. Boil for 10 minutes. Carefully remove from boiling water, set on towel to dry and cool. Lids may make popping sound, that's okay. Just make sure they cool down.

ENJOY!
